Living in Rocky Mountain Village Estates all the maintenance and care of the common areas and the outside grounds are covered by the Home Owners Association. You have to do nothing - just enjoy them! A few steps and you could be enjoying a coffee and chat with your neighbours! If you are thinking about moving to live at Rocky Mountain Village Estates, there are a few ‘stipulations’ that must be adhered to. The primary occupant in each condominium must be at least 55 years of age and capable of an active and independent living. Animals - only service and ESA dogs are permitted - even to visit! One cat or two caged birds are permitted. Coffee mornings, pot luck suppers, walks during the summer months, birthday celebrations, opera afternoons, musical events, special occasion evenings (New Year's Eve, Chinese New Year, St Patrick's Day), just a few of the activities that are organised by the residents. If you would like to partake in organised exercise classes, gym or swimming then Buchanan Park Recreation Centre is just 3/4 mile away. Some of our residents ski, some ride mountain bikes, and many enjoy walking, with Buchanan Park and Elk Meadow within easy walking distance. We have a superb Maintenance Manager, and an assistant, who keep both buildings and the extensive grounds in excellent condition. They are on-site each day Monday - Friday, 8 am - 4 pm. |
